At Recess, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't helping you perform at your peak, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused sports gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
